At Bloume baby we take great pride in the products we offer, and hope you enjoy them as much as we do. But, if for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, just let us know and we will return or exchange it for another Bloume product.

All returns may be made via mail. Non-sale merchandise in new or unused condition may be returned with your packing slip up to 60 days from the purchase date for a refund or for store credit (less shipping costs and surcharges). Non-sale merchandise in new or unused condition returned without a packing slip or after 60 days from the date of purchase shall be exchanged for store credit only (less shipping costs and surcharges). Any available store credits will be issued at the then lowest selling price and shall be in the form of a Bloume baby gift card that will be mailed to the address provided.
